No worries. I liked this so much I just had to.
The press is awesome. But what is used as a knife? A razor blade? A special tool? Not clear in the video.
It is some sort of reusable blade that I imagine one can purchase in packs. It has V shaped ends with each edge sharpened. I mean to have a look for some at my local hardware store soon.
I’ve added a link to a closeup photo of the plough.
Would a french paring knife work for this.
